Bollywood star and TV personality Malaika Arora has finally cleared the confusion about her age. Many people on social media were unsure whether she was 50 or 52, but Malaika has now confirmed that she just turned 50.
On Sunday, she shared beautiful photos and videos from her birthday celebrations in Goa on Instagram. Dressed in a yellow outfit, Malaika was seen cutting several cakes, posing for pictures, smiling, and dancing with her family and friends.
Her mother Joyce Polycarp, sister Amrita Arora, and son Arhaan Khan were all part of the celebrations. Malaika wore different outfits for her parties, including a black-and-white polka-dot dress, a pink outfit, and a golden gown.
Along with her post, she wrote,
“My heart is full. Thank you all for the love, wishes, and for making my 50th truly special.”
She also thanked her friends and event planners for making her celebration memorable. The background song in her video was “Love Is All Around” by Wet Wet Wet.
Several celebrities and fans wished her well. Actor Bipasha Basu commented, “Belated happy birthday,” while Amrita wrote, “Best time ever.”
The confusion about her age started when old social media posts showed that Malaika celebrated her 46th birthday in 2019. This made some people question her current age. But Amrita cleared the air, sharing a photo of Malaika’s birthday cake with the message,
“You’re finally 50, my beautiful sister. Could there be a better 50-year-old?”
Recently, Malaika also appeared in the song “Poison Baby” from the movie Thamma and is currently seen as a judge on India’s Got Talent, alongside Shaan and Navjot Singh Sidhu.
