The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the practical exam dates for winter-bound schools for the 2025–26 academic session.
According to the official notice on the CBSE website (cbse.gov.in), the practical exams, projects, and internal assessments for Classes 10 and 12 will be conducted from November 6 to December 6, 2025.
Important Guidelines for Schools
Schools must prepare the final list of students and make sure that only those whose names were submitted online to CBSE are allowed to appear for the exams.
For Class 10, the internal assessment will be held only once, and schools must enter the marks within the given schedule.
Schools must upload practical marks on the CBSE portal as soon as the exams begin and complete the process by the last date of the practicals.
Once uploaded, marks cannot be changed, so schools, principals, and examiners must ensure accuracy before submission.
Internal assessments will be conducted by the schools as per the subject curriculum.
The same marks will apply for students who choose to appear in the second board exam later.
